Bled, Bohinj and Vintgar- Pearls of Alps

Departure at 9.00 in the morning and drive to one of the beautiest region of Slovenia and Europe. A morning visit to the Slovenian jewel BLED will give us spectacular views of the Alps from a traditional boat called “pletna”. The boat will take us to the little island in the middle of the lake and its church, and then we travel to the castle up above the lake. We will continue our journey towards the glacier lake of BOHINJ and visit the national training centre of the Scout Association of Slovenia. We will have a good traditional lunch of this region. On the way back to Ljubljana, we will stop at the VINTGAR GORGE near Bled, who is one of the most popular natural features in Slovenia. Walking throu Vintgar we will leave full of impressions. Arrival in Ljubljana till 18.00.
